Flight Centre North America has launched Flight Centre Active, a specialist sport travel division designed to service the travel needs of individual athletes, teams, coaches and support staff participating in sporting events domestically and worldwide. Flight Centre Active recently partnered with Sport BC and some of their key member Provincial Sporting Organizations, including BC Soccer, BC Athletics and Skate Canada (BC/YT section), to look after the corporate travel needs of their executives and representative age teams. This relationship is the first step in Flight Centre’s commitment to support amateur sport within BC and across Canada. After the successful launch of the new partnership, stage two will extend Flight Centre’s proposition to the member clubs and participants of Provincial Sport Organizations, including a travel plan offering for all recreational athletes, their family and supporters.
