Turks & Caicos will host the 14th Annual World Travel Awards Gala Ceremony for the second straight year on Providenciales. The global winners of the 2007 World Travel Awards will be announced at an invite-only gala ceremony at Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort & Spa on Dec. 12. With 167,000 travel agents voting for nominees each year, the World Travel Awards recognizes the very best in the travel and tourism industry. In addition to hosting, Turks & Caicos was honoured at last year’s event with the coveted “World’s Leading Beach” award.
