Brewster launches ‘Name that Boat’ contest
Wed 12th March 2008
Brewster has launched a “Name that Boat” contest offering contestants the opportunity to name Banff’s newest Lake Cruiser in almost 20 years. The contest winner will receive a special gift package and also be hosted to the official launch ceremony at Lake Minnewanka in Banff. “The new Lake Cruiser is the first of many enhancements to the Minnewanka Lake Cruise operation, continuing Brewster’s commitment to offering world-class attractions in the Canadian Rockies,” said Dave McKenna, vice-president of attractions and hotels, Brewster Inc. “This contest allows contestants to leave their signature on a landmark in Banff National Park.” The new 65-passenger vessel offers state-of-the-art amenities, modern interior décor and environmentally friendly low emission diesels. In addition to this new vessel, Brewster is refitting the two mainstays of the Minnewanka fleet, the Minnewanka II and the Sandra Lynne with similar enhancements.
