Conquest claim filing deadline Oct. 16
TICO is reminding individuals and agents with clients who wish to file a claim against Ontario’s Travel Industry Compensation Fund in relation to the closure of Conquest Vacations that the deadline is Oct. 16. Consumers who purchased their Conquest Vacations travel services from an Ontario registered travel agency or directly from Conquest Vacations and who did not receive the travel services purchased may file a claim with TICO against the fund. Additionally, those consumers who were in destination at the time of the Conquest closure and who incurred expenses for transportation, accommodation and meals in destination to complete their travel may file a Trip Completion Form against the fund.
