CITC’s Global Explorers puts the spotlight on Ireland
The 42nd meeting of CITC’s Global Explorers Club will feature a presentation on Ireland by CITC president Steve Gillick. The meeting will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Oct. 22 at the office of the Air Miles Reward Program, at 438 University Ave. in Toronto. Gillick’s Irish adventure took in Belfast, the Antrim Coast, Cork, Kinsale, Cachel, Cahir, Ennis, the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Limerick, Galway and Dublin. The Global Explorers meeting is open to all industry members with a nominal fee of $5 for CITC members and $8 for guests. The presentation will begin at 7 p.m. A taste of Irish food and refreshments will be featured at the break. Due to limited seating, it is essential to RSVP to events@citc.ca .

ACTA to continue battles against agency ‘enemies’
