Return fares start at $969 (taxes included) in Horizon class and from $2,100 (taxes included) in Grand Large class. Passengers travelling in Horizon class can bring two pieces of 23-kilogram luggage, while those travelling in Grand Large class can bring two pieces of 32 kilogram luggage. Air Namibia launches Accra service

| Air Namibia now has scheduled service between Windhoek, Namibia, and Accra, Ghana, via Johannesburg. There are five flights per week between the cities, with traffic rights to uplift passengers, baggage, cargo and airmail between Johannesburg and Accra using the recently granted 5th freedom traffic rights. Air Namibia is the only airline operating non-stop flights between Accra and Johannesburg. Flights take roughly six hours. Days of operation from Windhoek to Johannesburg and then to Accra are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. |
