Agents can expect to hear much more about the m/s Paul Gauguin this year, now that cruise industry veteran Vanessa Lee’s (r) Cruise Strategies has been appointed to promote the vessel in Canada. “We’re anticipating the launch of this idyllic product and having more agents and traveling Canadians experiencing French Polynesia,” says Lee, president and CEO of Cruise Strategies. The company was selected after David Morris International (DMI) was brought on board as Paul Gauguin Cruises worldwide representatives by the ship’s new owners, Pacific Beachcomber, which is the largest luxury hotel operator in French Polynesia with four InterContinental Resorts in the destination. The ship offers seven-, 10- and 14-day itineraries in Tahiti, French Polynesia and the South Pacific. Pictured with Lee is Marilyn Conroy, executive vice-president, DMI.
