DoubleTree by Hilton Opens in Veracruz, Mexico
Hilton Worldwide has opened the new 226-room DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz, conveniently located across from the beach overlooking the harbour, with direct access to the historic centre and the shopping, business and entertainment district.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz is located eight miles from the airport and offers 226 guest rooms and suites in a nine-storey contemporary modern style building with marble floors, wide aisles and a great view of the open ocean and harbour. All rooms feature the Sweet Dreams bed by DoubleTree Sleep Experience, as well as flat screen TVs with premium channels. Each room offers spacious bathrooms and showers with bath amenities from London-based Aroma Actives.
With business travellers in mind, the rooms also include a workstation, ergonomic chairs, multi-contact for all kinds of technology devices and direct light, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel also offers more than 19,000 sq. ft. of space for events and conventions, including ballrooms.
Other amenities include a restaurant, 24-hour room service, fitness centre, laundry and valet parking.
To celebrate the opening, DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz is offering special rates starting at approximately US$55 per night per room.
