‘Ensemble EXTRAORDINARY’
The third annual “Ensemble EXTRAORDINARY” event will take place in seven cities this year.
The schedule is as follows: Feb. 10, Calgary – Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Airport; Feb. 11, Edmonton – Matrix Hotel; Feb. 12, Saskatoon – Hilton Garden Inn; Feb. 18, Winnipeg – Inn at the Forks; Feb. 19, Vancouver – Rosewood Hotel Georgia; March 3, Toronto – Estates of Sunnybrook; March 4, Oakville – Oakville Harbour Banquet Centre.
Ensemble EXTRAORDINARY! focuses on EXTRAORDINARY destinations and vacation experiences. Depending on the city, participants will get to meet between 21 and 35 supplier partners.
Registration for all events begins at 1:30 p.m., followed by a welcome reception. The day’s activities then kick off at 2 p.m. with “Creating & Selling Extraordinary Experiences” with Cathy Varrecchia. What is your clients’ definition of Extraordinary? Learn how extraordinary travel can mean different things to different clients and learn how to match the right experience to the right client. In the afternoon, agents will hear from some Specialty, On Location partners and Hoteliers, and then take part in supplier training sprints, followed by a trade show and dinner.
Attendance is limited and agents are advised it is expected to sell out. The event is complimentary for Ensemble members. There is a $25 no-show or cancellation fee within 48 hours.
