Construction of the new Royalton Bavaro is officially underway in the Dominican Republic following a March 1 groundbreaking ceremony. Executives from Blue Diamond Resort were joined by President Danilo Medina and local ministers to break ground on the resort development project scheduled to open this coming winter.
