TTC Agent Academy has introduced a TTC course that features five fun and interactive e-learning modules highlighting The Travel Corporation’s (TTC) diversity of immersive travel experiences to travel agent partners.
The academy training consists of four TTC brands – The Trafalgar Academy, Contiki U, Insight Specialist and Uniworld River Cruise Specialist. By completing these new e-learning courses, agents “will achieve satisfied clients, repeat business, increase their earning potential and greater profitability with TTC’s industry leading commissions.” Loyal agents will also be given various selling opportunities, incentives and exclusive offers.

These TTC e-learning modules include:

- TTC’s Lifestyles of Travel. Agents will familiarize themselves with TTC’s extensive travel lifestyle offerings including family travel, youth travel, guided travel, sightseeing day excursions, luxury travel, cruising, individual travel and safari adventure.
- TTC Cares – Making Travel a “Force of Good.” Agents will gain knowledge in the importance of social responsibility which inspired the founding of TTC’s not-for-profit foundation, TreadRight in 2008. They can learn the key benefits of being part of this force of good by supporting local communities with TreadRight’s heritage and wildlife initiatives spanning 40 worldwide projects with 60 partners including ME to WE’s culturally immersive trips.
- The “Tools for Success.” Offering agents learning and training resources including flexible client deposits and past guests discounts across the TTC brands. The TTC online Tool Kit provides agents with seamless online services including managing their client bookings, requesting a quote or making an online booking. With the successful completion of all five TTC e-learning modules, agents can access downloadable certificate of accreditation that will enable them to more effectively sell all of the TTC brands within the group.
