31,000+ Rescuses nationwide. The goal of every rescue at SeaWorld is to successfully rehabilitate and return the animal to the wild.
During SeaWorld’s 50-year history of animal care and conservation, we have rescued more than 31,000 animals in need. Our goal for every rescued animal is to assess its needs for stabilization or rehabilitation and ultimately return them to the wild. Regardless of costs or resources, the SeaWorld Rescue Team is available 24/7/365 to help any animal in need.
