In response to the current environment, Royal Caribbean International® recently introduced the “Cruise with Confidence” cancellation policy. Cruise with Confidence provides your clients with greater flexibility by allowing cancellations up to 48-hours prior to departure in exchange for a 100% Future Cruise Credit. There’s no risk and no need to worry — we’ve got your clients covered. And we’ve got you covered too, with commission protection on both the cancelled sailing AND the future sailing using their Future Cruise Credit.

Brighter times are on the horizon, but we understand the hesitation your clients may feel about traveling. We want to make their decision to cruise with us as simple as possible. Which is why we have decided to extend our Cruise with Confidence policy to include sailings departing on-or-before September 1, 2020 — an additional month of security. The policy parameters remain unchanged, continuing to offer the following:

  • 100% Future Cruise Credit in the amount paid & valid for future use on sailings departing on-or-before December 31st, 2021
  • Cancellation allowance up to 48-hours prior to departure
—   OR   —
  • A refund based on our standard cancellation guidelines

Also, at this time, we are relaxing some of our brand policies to offer additional flexibility to you and your clients:

  • For sailings through September 1st, 2020: Double name changes are allowed until 48-hours prior to the sail date for both individual and group reservations
  • For sailings through December 31st, 2020: Group touchpoints at 180 days-to-sailing and 120 days-to-sailing have been waived, allowing the ability to hold space until Final Payment.
