THAILAND IS OPEN!
It’s official! As of November 1, Thailand is welcoming fully vaccinated visitors from Canada and 62 other approved countries via the ‘quarantine-free’ program TEST & GO.
Travellers can choose to arrive in Bangkok, Phuket or other international airports, take one PCR test upon arrival, and spend a minimum of one night at an SHA+ accredited hotel. Once your negative test result is returned, you will be free to travel anywhere in Thailand.

NEW THAILAND PASS
SIMPLIFIED REGISTRATION FOR TRAVELLERS
Thailand Pass is a new simplified registration system for travellers to enter Thailand. Replacing the previous COE (Certificate of Entry) system. travellers can now apply for Thailand Pass online, upload their travel and health information, and receive a QR code that must be presented before, upon arrival and during travel in Thailand.
SINGAPORE AIRLINES IS LAUNCHING A NEW DIRECT SERVICE FROM VANCOUVER TO SINGAPORE WITH CONNECTIONS TO BANGKOK AND PHUKET
Singapore Airlines is launching four-times weekly seasonal service from Vancouver to Singapore from 2 December 2021 to 15 February 2022. Two of the weekly Seattle-Vancouver-Singapore flights will operate as Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) services, providing eligible customers quarantine-free entry into Singapore. Other flights will operate as non-VTL services, however travellers can still transit in Singapore and continue their journey to Bangkok or Phuket.
THAILAND ROYAL PALACES REOPENED TO INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The reopening of Bangkok’s most famous attraction, the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, will allow tourists once again to explore the beauty and splendour of the historically significant and much-revered site.
The Grand Palace complex, within which the Temple of the Emerald Buddha or Wat Phra Kaeo is located, was temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

KRABI’S WORLD FAMOUS MAYA BAY IS SET TO REOPEN ON JANUARY 1
Made famous by the acclaimed Hollywood blockbuster The Beach, the uninhabited island of Phi Phi Leh has been closed since June 2018, when it was determined the area’s coral and other marine life needed time to recover from the damage being caused by the thousands of daily tourists who were visiting the location. As of January 1, 2022 it will welcome visitors once again.
