Chartreuse: Tantalizing NEW Gourmet
French Specialty Restaurant
Chartreuse
Chartreuse
Seven Seas Explorer will feature a tantalizing new gourmet French specialty restaurant called Chartreuse.

Chartreuse joins Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ signature steakhouse, Prime 7, as the second of our distinct collection of specialty restaurants. Deriving its name from sultry glass panels that adorn the dining room walls, Chartreuse evokes memories of a chic Parisian fine dining restaurant. Its ambiance is complemented by a menu that features dishes expertly prepared using both classic and modern techniques for a multiple course celebration of French gastronomy. The venue is beautifully designed with art-nouveau décor and elegant uses of sultry glass panels. When your clients choose to dine inside the regal dining room in the Parisian-inspired courtyard, they will enjoy incredible ocean views. The restaurant ambiance is complemented by a menu that features dishes expertly prepared using both classic and modern techniques for a multiple course celebration of French gastronomy – with a twist. And no dining experience aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises would be complete without a succulent dinner paired with the finest of French wines. Selections from boutique vineyards of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne are available and, as always, at no additional cost.

Chartreuse joins Regent Seven Seas Cruises' signature steakhouse, Prime 7, as the second of our distinct collection of specialty of restaurants. We will release details about the third specialty restaurant in June. Beginning in the summer of 2016, guests will be able to get a taste of this new specialty restaurant, as the Chartreuse menu will extend to the rest of the Regent Seven Seas Cruises fleet, replacing Signatures on Seven Seas Voyager® and Seven Seas Mariner®, and select dishes being offered at Compass Rose on Seven Seas Navigator®.
