FLY OUT TO MEET THE CURAÇAO SUN

FESTIVE TRADITIONS
Everyone knows that the way to someone’s heart is through their stomach. This is definitely true for Curaçao, where food is an important part of life. During the festive season, the focus is on delicious traditional local dishes.

Fancy bringing some Curaçao to the table for the festive season? Here are a few tasty suggestions: Ayaka, a dish originally from Venezuela that is a typical traditional festive snack. It is a type of pasty, steamed or boiled, filled with meat, raisins, dried fruit and olives, wrapped in oiled banana leaves. Finger-licking good! Another delicious dish: Ham di Pasku (Christmas ham). Baked ham, glazed with honey and salt, topped with pineapple and cloves.
