FLEXIBILITY AND CONFIDENCE
To support customers and agency partners through the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have adapted our commercial policy. Enhancements include the extension of ticket and EMD credit validity to two years, expanding rerouting options from 500 to 5,000 miles and permitting changes through December 31, 2020 in most cases.*
The new policy took effect onMay 13th, and is availablehereon the Qatar Airways Trade Portal.

Qatar Airways currently operates to 34 destinations, with the goal of increasing to 80 over the summer. We are pleased to have offered uninterrupted service from Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth over the past two months.
North American Operating Routes*
Montreal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) Flights depart on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 pm
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) Flights depart daily at 11:30 pm
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)Flights depart on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9:45 pm
Service from Boston (BOS), Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK) and Washington Dulles (IAD) is expected to resume on July 1st.
