It's amazing to see that in just the first eight hours of appointments opening yesterday, RVC had over 17,038 meetings! This presents a lot of promising opportunities for both buyers and sellers to make valuable connections.
We hope you're having a great experience at RVC. If you need assistance, Hector is available at the Appointment Help Desk located inside the Marketplace.
As we strive to make our event sustainable, we kindly remind our delegates to download the RVC Mobile App. This app will provide access to your Appointment Schedule, as there will be no print copies available on-site. Additionally, you may use the app to take notes, but we suggest bringing a notepad and pen as a backup.
To ensure a successful day on the marketplace floor, please prepare in advance with a 30-second elevator pitch about your property, destination, or experience.
Don't forget to wear your RVC name badge at all times, as it is a requirement.
Also, did you know that you can submit new appointment requests at any time? Check out the Guide to Managing Your Appointments below to learn how to request an appointment with another delegate.

Make the Most of Your Time at RVC
We hope you are enjoying your time at RVC 2023 and have successfully accomplished your goals. If you still have open time at the Marketplace, we suggest you use some of it to connect with travel trade media. There are 24 media attending from Destination Canada’s key international markets and they want to meet with you!
Travel trade journalists write for powerful audiences that include companies and individuals that work in the travel industry such as wholesalers, travel agents, tour operators and hoteliers. Coverage in a trade publication could be a game-changer for a tourism business. Meetings with the media can result in inspiring stories that have huge reach and provide credibility for tourism operators and products.
Make the effort to connect with the media and share your story. Remember, the media are here to learn about Canada’s top tourism experiences and we’re here to help you connect with them.
