Thank You For Attending Rendez-vous Canada 2026!

Thank you once again for joining us at Rendez-vous 2026! We hope you were able to make the most of your time in Toronto while having a bit of fun with your colleagues both old and new.

Thank you to the 1,540 delegates who made Rendez-vous Canada 2026 a resounding success. This year we welcomed 100 more sellers, 75 more buyers, and held 11,000 more appointments than last year. A big thanks also goes out to our hosts Destination Toronto and Destination Ontario for making us feel welcome each and every day. Local businesses and their communities benefit from events like Rendez-vous 2026, which are a vital component of Canada’s tourism sector. Our sellers are at the forefront of this industry; through your dedication, visitors around the world know Canada will welcome them with open arms!

We want to hear from you, be sure to take our survey

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Canada Hub to experience Aurora AI, attend the Spotlight Sessions, and share your experiences with the Canadian Tourism Data Collective.

It was inspiring to connect with you to not only showcase Destination Canada’s tools, insights and AI-powered resources, but to hear directly how these tools have been supporting your work.

The energy and engagement throughout the event made it clear that our sector is ready to keep innovating and learning together.

From helping a woman-owned Indigenous business in Manitoba explore how the Traveller Twin could help scale her operation, to showing investors how Canadian Tourism Data Collective insights can inform smarter investment decisions, to helping destinations see how Aurora AI can support strategy, marketing and real-time decision-making, the potential was clear: these tools are already helping our industry work smarter, move faster and make more confident decisions.

Through thoughtful discussions about how Aurora AI turns trusted Canadian tourism data into more confident business decisions, and practical exchanges on Traveller Twin and Generative Engine Optimization, we were inspired by your curiosity, enthusiasm and collaboration — and are excited to keep working together.

If you missed the Spotlight Sessions, learn more about Destination Canada’s Traveller Twin here and explore our Generative Engine Optimization Playbook here.

To learn more about Aurora AI, visit: https://www.tourismdatacollective.ca/aurora-ai.

We are also continuing to collect testimonials from partners and businesses across the sector. If Destination Canada’s tools, data, programs, or insights have supported your work, we would love to hear your story. Please email [email protected].

Thank you again for exploring the future of tourism data with us. Your questions, feedback, and stories help shape the tools and resources we build for the industry and reinforce the importance of working together to strengthen Canada’s visitor economy.
