Nominations are open for Baxter Media’s 2025 Agents’ Choice Survey, running now through April 25, 2025.

Launched in 2000, and now in its 25th year, the annual Agents’ Choice Readership Survey invites travel agents to show support to their favourite suppliers through an anonymous survey, with a series of exciting prizes to be won.

Favourite Cruise Line – Luxury: What does luxury mean to you? From all-inclusive service, to in-destination cultural immersion—or really, really soft pillows—tell us which cruise line knows how to market their product to today’s luxury travellers.

Favourite Airline – Stopover Program: An extra day or three in a totally different country, on the way to your actual vacation destination? Yes please! There are many airlines now offering stopover programs, allowing travellers to see even more of the world at a fantastic price. Vote for your favourite carrier now!

Favourite Tour Operator – Small Groups: With guaranteed departures and an intimate number of guests, small group travel has never been more appealing. Tell us which tour operator is your top pick for curating small group journeys.

Favourite Call Centre: When you need help with a client request, booking issues or are simply looking for information, supplier call centres are the place to go. Accepting Canada-wide nominations, agents are invited to nominate a call centre they think provides the best service.
