G Adventures Brings Back G-Normous
For the fourth consecutive year, small-group adventure tour operator G Adventures has brought back “G-Normous,” the North American agent incentive program offering more than $100K in prizes over the next four months.
“G-Normous has gained a lot of momentum over the years and it’s a program our agent partners look forward to each January. Last year we experienced a 26% growth in sales from agents who participated,” says Aizaz Sheikh, Canadian marketing manager, G Adventures. “As we head into peak booking season, we’re happy extend some great incentives to the agent community and their clients.”
Up until April 30, North American agents (excluding Quebec) will have a chance to take advantage of extra commission and win weekly prizes including cash and free trips. The top-selling Canadian agent will receive the $7,500 G-Normous jackpot.
All agents with a G Adventures Sherpa account are automatically registered. Agents without a Sherpa account must register through their agency manager at http://www.gadventures.com/agents/register.
Regardless of travel date, agents will receive a ballot for every client booked on a G Adventures tour and two ballots for every client booked on a National Geographic Journeys trip between Jan. 1 and April 30. A ballot will be selected each week. Winners claim their prize from a wall of 25 prizes at http://www.gadventures.com/gnormous.
The incentive program will be supported with consumer offers exclusive to G-Normous participants, along with promotional materials and webinars. For instance, in January, clients save 15% off select Marine style adventures with promo code: 17GA015MAR02. In March, clients save 15% off select Active style tours with promo code: 17GA015ACT03. In April, clients save 10% off select Classic style tours with promo code: 17GA010CLA02.
The Canadian agent with the highest number of clients booked (minimum of 20 bookings) between Jan. 1 and April 30 will win the $7,500 G-Normous jackpot. The Canadian agent with the second highest number of travellers booked (minimum of 10 bookings) will receive $1,500.
The North American agent with the highest number of clients booked on National Geographic Journeys trips (minimum of 10 bookings) will win a tour with air from the National Geographic-inspired collection.
In addition, any agent who books more than 10 clients will be entered in a random draw to win $1,000.
For every private group booking of eight or more clients, agents will receive a chance to win $2,500.
