Globus Unveils 2015 South & Central America Lineup
For clients looking to book an out-of-the-ordinary vacation, Globus is sure to deliver next year – such as taking a dugout canoe through a rainforest and spending a day with a local tribe, or strolling in the Galápagos Islands to see prehistoric animals that exist nowhere else.
These experiences and more are available on eight 2015 Globus Latin America itineraries, featuring destinations as diverse as Costa Rica (pictured), Guatemala and Panama, as well Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador and Peru.
Globus is also showcasing a new 13-day Patagonia: Journey to the End of the World itinerary, starting at $6,021 per person (including intra-tour airfare with taxes). Highlights of this vacation include wine-making in Santiago and meandering through a colourful market; exploring Torres del Paine National Park and Milódon Cave before embarking on a Chilean fjords cruise that will sail through the Beagle Channel. In Buenos Aires, a visit to the Zanijón Underground Tunnels and a Tango lesson with a special farewell dinner will conclude a memorable journey.
Other popular Globus “Take A Break” vacations include the eight-day Peru Splendors and the nine-day Natural Wonders of Costa Rica. The tour company’s most sought-after Panorama “see it all” vacation is the nine-day South American Escape, featuring Rio de Janiero, Iguassu Falls, and Buenos Aires at just the right pace.

Until Aug. 26, when travellers booking a 2015 Globus South American air- inclusive vacation on LAN or TAM airlines will receive up to an $800 air credit per couple ($600 when travelling with other airlines) when travel commences by March 31, 2015. For 2015 travel beyond April 1, clients can receive a $600 per couple air credit ($400 per couple when travelling with other carriers). For those who book land-only, Globus offers a savings of 10% off when clients book and pay in full nine months prior to departure.
