Goway Adds Fiji Resort to IslandsEscapes Portfolio

Goway has expanded its IslandsEscapes portfolio, adding the new Fiji Marriott Resort, Momi Bay, Fiji.

The newly opened five-star resort is only the second resort in Fiji to offer Overwater Bures. The resort features 272 rooms, including 22 unique adults-only Overwater Bure Villas, which have direct access to the lagoon.

Guests who book the new property by June 30 will receive a $63 daily food and beverage or spa credit. Goway’s Fiji Vacation package starts at $3,139 per person, and includes seven nights Fiji Marriott Resort, roundtrip airfare with Fiji Airways from North America, transfers and daily breakfast.

Goway reports that developments are also brewing in Tahiti. The InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa is currently undergoing a large renovation project. July will see the opening of its new Pool Villas and Premium Pool Overwater Villas.

Goway has also added the St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, which opened in November 2016. The resort offers 77 palatial, glass-walled villas, including 33 on-land villas and 44 overwater villas, all with private plunge pools. The property offers butler service, six restaurants and bars, the Iridium Spa, on-site International Padi Dive Centre and children’s and teen’s clubs.

“We strive to provide the best tailor-made experiences in the world’s most idyllic islands. These new products offer a ‘barefoot luxury experience’ and give our five-star travellers more choice,” says Mike Bertoia, Goway Islands product manager.
