Crystal has unveiled a newly enhanced Partner Resource Center and updated Travel Agent University.
The Partner Resource Center, formerly the Travel Agent Center, has debuted with an enhanced aesthetic platform, improved functionality and a comprehensive collection of materials and tools.
The new platform caters exclusively to partners seeking to expand their Crystal business, providing access to: training videos and webinars; sales and marketing kit; Crystal news and media centre; Cruise Guidebooks; CruiseBuilder 3.0; personalized URL services; travel documents and forms portal; Crystal sales team bios and backgrounds; special offers; and travel partner fares.
In addition to the Partner Resource Center, travel professionals can increase their Crystal expertise through enhanced training modules via the Travel Agent University. The modules have been completely redeveloped to accurately represent the distinctive attributes of each brand experience across Crystal’s luxury portfolio, including Ocean, River, Yacht Expedition and Air.
The first three modules – Crystal’s Multi-Brand experience (a high-level review of All Things Crystal), Crystal Ocean and Crystal River – will launch next week. The Yacht Expedition and Private Jet Journeys modules will launch in the weeks to come.
