Air Canada Vacations catches the wave
Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has launched its 2012-2013 cruise collection and new online booking engine. ACV’s new online cruise booking engine allows agents to quickly and easily manage their bookings 24 hours a day. Offering 14 international cruise lines, this engine includes search options by date, cruise line and destination. It also provides real-time pricing and booking capacities, making it “a one-stop shop and valuable tool for travel partners to improve their booking conversion rates.”The new 2012- 2013 brochure introduces two new services available through Air Canada Vacations: Flight Guarantee and Best Price Guarantee. The flight guarantee means that in the unlikely event that a delayed flight causes a passenger to miss their cruise, they will be rebooked on the next available flight to catch up with it. The new price guarantee means that ACV guarantees that the price paid is the best price available through its cruise line partners. Other highlights of this full-colour brochure include: unique features of each of the cruise line partners, including luxury cruises, family friendly staterooms, dining, sports and more; a selection of the most popular itineraries and key added values, including $150 savings for Air & Cruise booking made by April 30, a $100 savings for repeat customers and discounts for groups, kids and more.
