Air Canada Vacations unveils CareFlex Plus

Air Canada Vacations has launched CareFlex Plus — its new travel protection plan that allows travellers to cancel up to 24 hours before departure and get a refund.

CareFlex Plus gives travellers the flexibility to adapt their vacation plans to life’s unpredictable moments.

The plan allows them to change their booking, transfer their package, cancel with a full refund up to 21 days before departure, or cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund, less a transferable in-house travel credit of up to a maximum of $250.

CareFlex Plus applies to new bookings of vacation packages and Flight & Hotel packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and North Africa.
