Anderson Vacations partners with ITDF & Trees4Travel

Anderson Vacations has partnered with Trees4Travel and the Indigenous Tourism Destination Fund (ITDF) in support of more
ethical, responsible, and regenerative tourism practices.

The partnership with the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) and its Indigenous Tourism Destination Fund (ITDF) is a significant step towards supporting Indigenous tourism initiatives across Canada.

For every passenger who embarks on an Anderson Vacations journey, the company will make a monetary donation to the ITDF fund, aimed at supporting the growth of the Indigenous tourism economy.

In addition to supporting Indigenous communities, Anderson Vacations is also dedicated to supporting tourism initiatives that promote climate solutions. Through its partnership with Trees4Travel, the company ensures the planting of one tree for every passenger who travels with them.

This initiative aligns with Anderson Vacations’ mission to educate while making climate contributions, creating awareness of environmental footprints through Trees4Travels carbon calculator and empowering travelers to also contribute positively to the planet.

“We are thrilled to have partnerships with ITDF and Trees4Travel to advance sustainable tourism practices,” said Andres Reinoso, general manager at Anderson Vacations. “These partnerships reflect our ongoing commitment to responsible travel and our dedication to supporting Indigenous communities and environmental restoration efforts.”
