JetBlue Airways and Etihad Airways have announced plans to begin codeshare operations.
The agreement, which is subject to government approval, will see Etihad Airways place its “EY” code on JetBlue-operated flights, initially facilitating connections between the two airlines at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Washington’s Dulles International Airport.

IATA and Open Allies for Airfare Transparency (Open Allies) have filed a joint motion with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) concerning IATA’s Resolution 787, the foundation document for the New Distribution Capability (NDC).

WestJet has unveiled details of its most comprehensive schedule release since the airline took to the skies in 1996. Etihad Airways will double its flights between Abu Dhabi and New York City, introducing a second daily service on March 1.
