World’s first A380 facility open for business
Emirates and Dubai Airports have announced the successful completion of the phased launch of Concourse A - the home of the A380 and the world's first purpose-built facility for the aircraft at Dubai International. WestJet adds Myrtle Beach, Dallas flights
WestJet has announced the launch of new non-stop service between Toronto and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and between Calgary and Dallas, Texas, beginning this spring. Flights on both routes will be operated using the airline's fleet of Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft. WestJet has introduced the launch of new non-stop daily service between Fort St. John, BC and Vancouver, and Fort St. John and Calgary. The service will be operated by WestJet Encore's fleet of Bombardier Q400 NextGen aircraft. Sunwing has announced that it has added new flights to Cancun, Mexico and Varadero, Cuba. Friday flights from Toronto to Cancun/Riviera Maya have been added on Feb. 22 and March 1, 8 and 15.
