Costa Cruises has updated its COVID-19 health protocols and procedures, including requirements for vaccinations and pre-cruise testing. The changes will go into effect for cruises departing on or after Oct. 8, 2022.
Under the simplified procedures, fully vaccinated guests will no longer require pre-cruise testing, and unvaccinated guests will be allowed on board with a negative pre-embarkation antigen or PCR test.
