Contiki Launches New Agent Site
Contiki has launched a new agent site — https://www.contiki.com/agents — designed with improved functions such as speed, ease of use and look and feel, all key in providing travel agents with the ability to search and book Contiki adventures faster and more efficiently.
To help launch the new site, Contiki is giving away a $50 Amazon gift card to every agent that makes their first booking on the new site by May 31.
“We are extremely proud to be launching our new agent web site,” said Sheralyn Berry, vice-president of sales for Contiki Holidays Canada. “It has been designed with the travel agents needs in mind. We based all of the site upgrades from feedback and requirements from the agent community. The new site will be extremely easy to navigate and access our network of trips. The booking process is also simple to use and takes very little time to make. We have also included information that travel agents will love, such as fam information, campaigns flyers and marketing assets – everything they need to make a sale, all at their fingertips.”
In addition to improved speed and ease of use, Contiki’s new agent site has also updated additional features including its logging-in process which has now been upgraded to a single sign log-in across all The Travel Corporation brands. Additionally, an intuitive search process will assist agents in finding the perfect trip for their clients, resulting in a significantly faster booking process.
Enhancements made include:
- Enhanced New Search Tool: The new site will make it easy to search trips by region, dates and price. Plus, agents can add even more filters on the results page to include deals and travel styles.
- Detailed & Informative Trip Pages, Maps & Inclusions: All of the information agents would need about a trip, in one neat and tidy place, that’s easy to access, e-mail and print.
- Manage Bookings & Agency History: Agents will be able to keep track of and modify their bookings online, simply and easily.
