Booking.com has rolled out two free, on-demand, data-driven products to its more than 950,000 accommodation partners worldwide.

Booking.com Analytics and the Opportunity Center allow property owners to grow their businesses with “bespoke, actionable data and advice” that’s delivered in real-time and which is powered by a customizable dashboard of industry-leading data.

The two products, now available globally, are just one of the standard perks of a partnership with Booking.com.

Remco van Zanten, global director of partner services at Booking.com, said: “Finding new and increasingly personalized ways to help support our global community of accommodation partners is what drives us to keep innovating.”

Van Zanten noted that: “We know that our partners are hungry for more data and actionable insights to help them increase the revenue they make via our platform. These new tools provide our busy partners with access to relevant data and advice when it’s convenient for them. It’s all about hyper-customized content delivered in real time so our partners can take their businesses to the next level.”

The Booking.com Analytics dashboard currently features four main reports, including two sales performance reports.

The Pace Report gives partners the ability to benchmark their sales on Booking.com compared with the previous year, and compare their performance with aggregated data from their competitors.

The Sales Statistics report provides an easy-to-digest snapshot of a property’s sales performance over the past year.

The dashboard also contains two reports that focus on booker behaviour: Booker Insights gives in-depth insights about country of origin, which devices were used to book, and travel purpose, and Book Window Info focuses on how far in advance Booking.com customers are booking their accommodations.

The reports are populated throughout with handy user-friendly tips that help guide partners of various backgrounds through the data and explain all the various definitions used in the dashboard reports.

Booking.com Analytics and the new Opportunity Center are now available globally in 42 languages to all of Booking.com’s accommodation partners on their Extranet.

New reports will continue to be added over the coming weeks, including the RateIntelligence dashboard from BookingSuite for those partners who’ve already signed up for the product.
