Downhill bicycle package for beginners at Whistler

As the snow recedes at Whistler Blackcomb, the dirt takes over and so do the adventures on two wheels. Whistler’s Bike Park prides itself on having trails and experiences for all level of riders. But for the enthusiastic beginner rider that likes a soft touch to their outdoor adventures, a new package by will do the trick. The “Pedal & Pamper Package”starts at $347 p.p. and includes a beginner bike park lesson, bike rental and lift ticket, entrance to the Scandinave Spa and two-nights accommodation at the deluxe Pan Pacific Mountainside. Bike Park 101 is a two-hour introductory clinic for those new to the downhill scene, demonstrating elementary downhill bike control. The pass to the Scandinave Spa gives riders the relief of a hydrotherapy experience designed to relax sore muscles and release tension. Package guests stay at the Pan Pacific Mountainside, which boasts the only pool deck with views of the base of the bike park so they can see the bike action even from the hot tub. It also offers a convenient slope-side valet bike storage, which is both secure and free, and a complimentary buffet breakfast. (
