The Lufthansa Group is and will be at the leading edge of airline industry technology advances, a Tuesday Toronto gathering was told.
Chris Wendland of the Lufthansa Group’s Toronto office said the “digital revolution is changing the way of our life” and Lufthansa is being particularly innovative, including providing a more attractive inflight experience thanks to technological enhancements.
Wendland said her employer – which encompasses Austrian, Lufthansa, brussels airlines and SWISS – is committed to providing its clients with the best travel experience possible.
“We need to give them what they want,” she said.
