Ensemble launches dedicated hotel group desk

Ensemble is checking in with the launch of its new Hotel Group Desk — a dedicated service designed to support members with complex, large-scale hotel group bookings of nine or more rooms by removing the most time-consuming administrative burdens advisors encounter.

The Hotel Group Desk was created in direct response to member demand for additional support when managing multi-room and multi-property hotel bookings. Through this new offering, Ensemble acts as an intermediary on behalf of its members, handling sourcing, negotiations, and administrative coordination exclusively with preferred hotel partners.

Led by a newly appointed Hotel Specialist, the desk manages key operational details including availability requests, contracting, deposits, and attrition terms, allowing advisors to focus their time on revenue-generating activities and client relationships rather than back-end logistics.

Requests submitted through the Hotel Group Desk will be fulfilled within 48 hours for domestic bookings and 72 business hours for international bookings, with advisors receiving three to five qualified hotel options.

Group hotel sourcing can be one of the most time-intensive parts of an advisor’s workflow, said Daniel Finkel, SVP, Partner Relations, Ensemble.

Finkel pointed out that: “Our Hotel Group Desk removes the need for members to chase multiple hotels, manage initial negotiations, and sift through availability and terms. Once a preferred option is selected, advisors are connected directly to the hotel to finalize contracting and payments, allowing them more time to focus on clients and revenue generating work.”

The Hotel Group Desk is available exclusively for Ensemble’s preferred hotel partners, which includes a global portfolio of more than 650 amenity-rich luxury hotels and over 35,000 chain properties secured through brand agreements. For hotel partners, the desk provides a streamlined channel that drives incremental group business while reinforcing Ensemble’s preferred relationships.
