Globespan Travel Management acquires Key Travel Inc.

Globespan Travel Management has announced that it has acquired Key Travel Inc., the U.S. division of the UK-based Key Travel Group.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Globespan’s North American growth strategy and deepens its service capabilities within the non-profit, academic, and humanitarian travel sectors.
The transaction follows the acquisition of Key Travel UK and its EMEA operations by Trip.com Group, which will integrate those operations into its Trip.Biz platform.
In contrast, Key Travel Inc. will transition to operate exclusively within the Globespan Travel Management ecosystem, ensuring uninterrupted service for U.S. clients and access to Globespan’s advanced technology and high-touch service model.
