Globus Requiring Customers To Be Fully Vaccinated

The Globus family of brands – which includes Globus, Cosmos, Avalon Waterways and Monograms – has extended its pre-trip Health & Safety Protocols and now requires proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for travellers joining to any vacation in its portfolio for travel through March 2022.

Stéphanie Bishop, managing director for the Globus family of brands, said that: “The health and safety of our travellers is our top priority. And we are committed to providing our guests with sustainable, responsible travel across the globe. Given this, we have extended our requirement for travellers to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination into 2022.”

Bishop continued: “By making this announcement now, we’re giving our guests time to plan accordingly, with the assurance to travel more freely in each destination. Our previous decision to require proof of vaccination for 2021 travel was very well-received.”

Moving forward, the Globus family of brands will advise all travellers of vaccine implications or changes with advance notice.

For the current policy – in place through March 2022 – all Globus, Cosmos, Avalon Waterways and Monograms travellers need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, completed at least 14-days prior to embarkation.

The Globus family of brands accepts vaccines authorized or approved by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Health Canada, European Centre for Disease Prevention (ECDC) or an official government body.
