Goway Introduces New Women’s Only Itineraries

While certain destinations aren’t ideal for solo travel, Goway is reporting that its women’s-only small group travel has become increasingly popular for travel to Africa and the Middle East.

According to officials, with Goway, women travellers can join like-minded individuals on small-group trips that “offer security, savings and the chance to bond with new friends in foreign lands.”
Furthermore, a small group tour still allows travellers the freedom that comes with exploring on your own, but with the added benefit of a general group itinerary. Women can expect to share a room and transport on these vacations, so accommodations and transfers are pre-arranged as well. These women’s only vacations are single supplement-free, have special inclusions and have been shaped with the feedback and requests of Goway’s female globetrotters over 50 years of travel.

New to Goway this year is a series of women’s only vacations to Africa and the Middle East. The eight-day Explore Dubai women’s only tour shatters the myth that the Middle East is unsafe for women travelling alone. It immerses female travellers in the local culture, modern architecture and world-class shopping of the United Arab Emirates as it visits the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, takes women on a day trip to Abu Dhabi, and ventures into the desert for a sunset dinner safari. There’s also an all-day shopping tour included that takes advantage of Dubai’s famous malls.

The 11-day Explore Southern Africa women’s only tour gives female travellers a glimpse of the Big Five in the wilds of popular game parks. The tour starts in the Kapama Private Game Reserve, where they spend several days exploring the bush and enjoying life-changing views of lions, elephants, and cheetahs. It is then on to Cape Town to discover the natural beauty and unbeatable diversity of the Mother City. They close out the tour on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, where they’ll discover mighty Victoria Falls.
