Iberostar Group looks to the future with accelerated growth, ambitious investment plan

Iberostar Group reports that it closed its 2025 financial year with managed revenues of €5.1 billion, a 14% increase over the previous year.
That performance, supported by the strength of its two business divisions, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts and World2Meet, consolidates a trajectory of sustained growth within a stable global tourism sector.
The company said that it has strengthened its competitive position through a strategy focused on quality, operational excellence, and guest experience differentiation; along with maintaining an ambitious investment plan of €1 billion through 2028, aimed at developing new projects and transforming existing assets.

Some highlights include:
- The hotel division, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, obtained €2.37 billion in managed revenues, an 8.7% increase over the previous year, and consolidated EBITDA growth of +60% over the last three years.
- The company is pursuing an expansion strategy in prime beachfront locations, identifying new growth opportunities through management and asset-light contracts.
- With more than 40,000 people globally, Iberostar Group continues to drive talent development as a strategic pillar.

In 2026, Iberostar Group will celebrate 70 years of experience in the tourism sector. Over these seven decades, the company has built a business venture that today boasts a team of 40,000 people from 95 nationalities, united by the goal of promoting positive change through tourism.
