Insight Vacations’ new 2012/13 Winter Europe brochure features a display of Europe throughout three seasons. For a limited time, clients can save $300 on an Insight Vacations’ 2012/13 Europe or Middle East winter tour. Insight’s Magical Switzerland spends eight days among villages, snow-laden forests and white-capped mountains. After taking in the popular sights of Zurich, Lucerne, and Einsiedeln, guests will board the Glacier Express in St. Moritz for a rail journey through the Swiss Alps. There’s a relaxing two-night stay at Leukerbad thermal spa. They also board the cogwheel train in Täsch that travels to the traffic-free haven of Zermatt at the foot of the Matterhorn. Guests end the trips with views of Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva before a special finale dinner. A kaleidoscope of colours, smells and flavours set the tone of Insight’s 10-day Best of Morocco tour. Islamic, Arabic and African influences adorn palaces, mosques and gardens, creating unique architecture. Clients will sample Moroccan dishes while entertained by belly-dancers. Local teas will quench the pallet between shopping trips through bazaars and markets laden with Moroccan jewellery, handmade pottery and other exotic trinkets. Guests will take in Morocco’s landscapes, including “the Grand Canyon of the Sahara”and views of the High and Middle Atlas Mountains.
