Make It NYC For Meetings, Conventions


“Meet Where You Want to Be” is the new tagline for NYC & Company’s latest iteration of its Make it NYC meetings and conventions marketing campaign.

The new campaign was unveiled at the IMEX America 2015 in Las Vegas and it features refreshed branding and advertising.

Fred Dixon, president and CEO of NYC & Company, said that: “As one of the world’s most iconic destinations, New York City is at the top of every delegate’s wish list, and we encourage meeting professionals from around the world to plan a once in a lifetime experience that their attendees will never forget.”

Dixon added: “With the newly redesigned Make it NYC campaign, we are hopeful that even more people will choose to meet where they want to be – New York City – this year and beyond.”

The Make it NYC campaign was originally launched in 2013 and was designed to position New York City as a leading meetings destination, calling to action the many benefits of hosting a meeting or event in the city’s five boroughs.

The new campaign showcases the vibrancy of the destination through iconic imagery, including the Manhattan skyline and Statue of Liberty, and highlights the reasons that meetings in New York City are anticipated by delegates and planners alike.
