OMCA invites agents to meet group tour suppliers at annual conference this fall

For the first time, the Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA) is offering travel agents and tour operators the opportunity to meet with group tour suppliers from across Canada and US at its annual conference this fall.

Set for Nov. 4 to Nov. 5, 2025, OMCA is offering travel agents the opportunity to participate in a complimentary open-flow tradeshow, for one session in the morning or afternoon, on either day.

For agents it’s a chance to find new and unique experiences and destinations to help plan your tours all in one place.

This session will be located in the OMCA’s group tour suppliers lounge where agents will have the opportunity to engage and meet with the group tour suppliers that attend the OMCA Marketplace (approximately 200).

The exclusive invitation is a great way for you to better understand more about what OMCA does by meeting with our group tour suppliers and getting a sneak peek at our Marketplace event.

The OMCA’s annual conference is being held at the Hilton Toronto Markham Suites and Conference Centre, 8500 Warden Ave. Markham, ON, L6G 1A5

And OMCA will be offering 4 sessions over the course of two days for 10 agents each, first come first serve,  please sign up for one session that best fits your schedule.
