India Tourism Toronto is welcoming new electronic tourist visas now being made available for Canadians, with director Anil Oraw saying they eliminate the need for would-be India visitors to visit an Indian diplomatic mission. “You don’t need to go anywhere [to get a visa]. You can sit in your office and log in,” Oraw told a Toronto gathering Wednesday evening. The cost of the visa is similar to the previous one and it can be paid for online. The visas are good for 30 days.
