Railbookers expands its “Around the World by Luxury Train” Collection for 2026

Railbookers has unveiled a new and expanded collection of itineraries that celebrate traveling Around the World by Luxury Train.

Returning for 2026 is the flagship “Around the World by Luxury Train” trip, which will feature new trains, hotels and activities over two months, alongside four departures throughout the year which highlight the company’s industry-leading collection of luxury trains in itineraries ranging from 29 to 48 days.

In total, 11 different iconic luxury train routes are highlighted in the 2026 collection, along with new hotels, sightseeing activities, and additional touches which create the ultimate bucket-list experience.

The Around the World by Luxury Train trip, which features eight iconic luxury train routes across the globe, will commence in Vancouver on Sept. 2, 2026.

On this 60-day trip, guests will embark on the Rocky Mountaineer before enjoying scenic Banff, then fly to the United Kingdom. There, in between stays in Edinburgh and London, they will enjoy the Grand Suite onboard the Belmond Royal Scotsman as well as the newly-debuted Britannic Explorer.

A flight to Italy for the classic Venice Simplon-Orient-Express to Paris, along with the cross-continental journey on the vaunted train to Istanbul.  A flight takes guests to Delhi, where they will spend six nights enjoying the culture and cuisine of India onboard the Maharajas’ Express, before flying to South Africa.

There, they’ll enjoy epic experiences onboard Rovos Rail as well as a 3-night stay at the Kruger Shalati “train on the bridge” hotel. They then fly to Singapore to complete their once-in-a-lifetime trip with a three-night journey on the Eastern & Oriental Express.
