Rocky Mountaineer launches online training program

To provide its sales partners and preferred travel agents from across the globe with a better understanding of the Rocky Mountaineer experience, the company has launched TRACKS, its first online training program. This new learning tool was created to provide all reps with the knowledge to sell Rocky Mountaineer’s vacations with confidence while achieving higher commissions. As an incentive, the first 100 participants who successfully complete modules one and two by March 15 are entered into a draw to win one of three iPad minis. The first two modules cover Rocky Mountaineer’s basic product outline with company history, route descriptions and different levels of service. Each training session presents detailed information and a short online quiz tests participants’ knowledge at the end. Over the next four months, TRACKS will roll out additional modules that will cover an array of topics relevant to Rocky Mountaineer and its product offerings. (
