Set Sail With #TravelWebcast Wednesday

While still in the grips of the COVID-19 crisis, the cruise ship industry has reason for optimism, based on stronger 2021 bookings by some cruise companies.

But while government no-sail orders remain in place until the fall, cruise companies are looking ahead to the end of the sailing freeze with new health strategies for both passengers and crew. These are the opening chapters to a new era in cruise ship holidays – one in which passengers still get their desired cruise experience, but do so with added health safety measures in place.

What will the new cruise ship experience look like and feel like? What measures are now being implemented to ensure health safety on board ships? Are there more fundamental changes in the design of new ships that are being explored to help counter the spread of a virus? And is health safety a growing factor in the future choice and booking of itineraries by clients?

These are just some of the questions that will be fielded during the upcoming webinar by Baxter Media, entitled “The Future of Cruise.” This FREE webinar is part of the #TravelWebcastWednesday series, and will take place on Sept. 9, starting at 1:00 p.m. EST.
