Sun Peaks Opens Market, Hiking/Biking Trails

Full summer mountain operations at Sun Peaks Resort in BC are now underway, with the Sunburst chairlift operating and access to 16 alpine hiking trails and 35 downhill mountain biking trails.

The Sun Peaks & Region Farmers’ Market has returned to Sun Peaks’ main village walkway, and runs every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to Sept. 7. Farmers, artisans and musicians from the region meet in the village to greet residents and guests with seasonal fruits and vegetables, home-made wares and local music.
