Good news for Canadian agents and their clients, Tauck is pricing its 2018 journeys – tours and cruises – in Canadian dollars.

The move marks the first time in Tauck’s 92-year history that it has priced its trips in local currency for the Canadian market. In addition, Tauck will begin publishing dedicated Canadian brochures featuring the company’s 100-plus guided tours and cruises, all priced in Canadian currency.

The company’s Canadian web site, http://www.tauck.ca, has also been updated to display the new pricing.

According to Tauck vice-president for Global Sales Steve Spivak, pricing the company’s products in Canadian dollars reflects Tauck’s quest for excellence across all facets of its business.

“For 92 years we’ve been dedicated to continually enhancing the travel experiences we provide to our guests, and that same drive for constant improvement extends to every aspect of our business,” said Spivak. “Travelling on a Tauck journey is a seamless and hassle-free experience, and doing business with us should be exactly the same. We’re excited to take our service in the Canadian market to the next level.”

With its journeys priced in Canadian dollars, Tauck will now be able to guarantee prices at the time guests pay their initial deposit, thus eliminating any subsequent pricing adjustments caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
