TICO Charges
Judy Jackson has been charged with four counts of operating as a travel agent without registration contrary to the Ontario Travel Industry Act.
Jackson operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. The first court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 15 in Toronto.
In another matter, Kimberly Rourke plead guilty to one count of operating as a travel agent without registration. A fine of $6,000 was imposed, payable within two years. Rourke operated in Kitchener and elsewhere in Ontario.
