Gente da Nossa Inc. plead guilty to one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to section the Ontario Travel Industry Act.
A fine of $3,000 was imposed, payable within one year.
Gente da Nossa Inc. operated in Toronto and elsewhere in Ontario. Charges against Nellie Pedro trading as Gente Tours and Gisela Terencio were withdrawn.
